There might be possible delays due to the social restrictions and new government regulation, however, Business Smart Solutions is still fully committed to providing our utmost support and solutions to our clients. We are taking steps to make sure our clients can receive all products and services on time, despite the situation.

Are there any concerns regarding Business Smart Solutions support,  hardware replacements, and installations for clients?

Business Smart Solutions has not had any support issues and has managed to maintain normal business hours and operations. However, since we are based primarily in Sydney, our business has moved to a more virtual work process when dealing with customers in high-risk areas.

How will COVID19 affect Business Smart Solutions lead times in providing Solutions and hardware?

As the situation continues to escalate, Business Smart Solutions are especially more committed to working within set lead times and minimise any surges in lead time. Rest assured that Business Smart Solutions will keep all clients informed of any extension in lead time. Presently, we have not had any issues in maintaining our standard lead time, with regular maintenance in our relationship with our supplier and our ability to provide software virtually.

Will COVID-19 affect the delivery time for SMARTQUEUE Hardware and Accessories?

Business Smart Solutions works with premier delivery service to provide the hardware immediately needed to our clients. However, with the escalation of COVID-19, there is a possibility that delivery times might experience a slight increase. Business Smart Solutions advises all potential clients and current clients to place orders as far in advance as possible, to allow a possible increase in delivery time from the delivery service provider, as it is a factor that Business Smart Solutions cannot control directly.

Can Business Smart Solutions guarantee that clients can order consumables such as ticket rolls for printers?

Business Smart Solutions ensures that our clients will be able to order consumables for their printers, as usual.

How can I receive updates from Business Smart Solutions?

As mentioned before, Business Smart Solutions is fully committed to providing the best support and service to our clients, which means we are also committed to updating our clients regularly. Aside from the website, we will communicate individually to clients who might be impacted by COVID-19.
