Sydney, NSW, January 2008. Australia’s fifth largest bank, St.George Bank, recommends Business Smart Solutions (BSS) for its implementation of the SMARTQUEUE® ticketing system. The queuing system is currently installed in over 100 branches across the country, including WA, QLD, SA, QLD, ACT and NSW (mostly in major cities).
The General Manager of St.George’s Architecture and Planning division, Greg Booker commented, “The Company’s (BSS) responsiveness and willingness to work with us soon allay any fears and led to a very constructive partnership.”
BSS worked very closely with St.George in defining requirements and modifying SMARTQUEUE® to suit the Australian environment. The St.George project operated on very tight timeframes and BSS proved more than capable of meeting these timeframes and delivering quality solutions.
SMARTQUEUE® is an Integrated Multimedia Queue Management Systems developed by BSS to solve queue congestion. The system features the ability to analyse daily customer service transactions. This was developed for a better company performance achieved through Key Performance Indicator reporting functions.
Paul Sebastiao, the Open Systems Support Manager said, that SMARTQUEUE® supplied by BSS is on par with, or exceeds, the current best of breed solutions. The product has been integrated into the St.George environment to produce both local and enterprise level reporting to provide thorough management analysis. He further added that staff using the system are very complimentary of it’s intuitive nature.
